While working for the Things I Like Things I Love conceptstore as a Senior Floormanager, I realised the online experience did not match with the offline experience in the store. For my graduation assignment I researched the experiences customers have online and in-store and translated this into a redesign.
How can the webshop of Things I Like Things I Love be improved so that it meets the needs of the target audience and visitors experience a consistent brand experience?
SECONDARY OBJECTIVE:
Offer visitors the same experience they experience in the physical store.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
A webshop that meets the wishes and needs of the target group.
SOLUTION:
The solution for the main question was a redesign of the current webshop that meets the wishes of the target group and corresponds with the experience in the physical store. Also, the navigation of the webshop needed some improvement.
